It is important to actually speak or show books, movies, or have commentary by people who are not just from Africa but live there. As Mr. Komala said you want to hire people from the area/country that you are talking about because you will receive the most authentic account of Africa and its History. Especially as he mentioned that these programs will address the needs and wants of the African people, so it will be more beneficial and less biased.
