Both videos talk about some type technology that has made an impact in the world. In the first video it states that story telling is the oldest form of technology. He states how Darwin used story telling to tell the world about evolution. I can see why story telling is considered technology because it allows for stories, thoughts, ideas, etc to be shared with the world. This is also how students learn in classrooms or at a very young age learn parents read them a story or they hear it orally. 

The second video, states how iron and blacksmithing originated from Turkey but not long ago they realized that it was also done in Africa around the same time. This is a great example that Africa is more advanced than what people think. This is also something that can be taught to students. They need to understand that Africa is much more than what the media or what world make it seem because when I ask my students what do they think about Africa most of them would relate it to tribes or wild animals.
