Students were talking about how the big 3 cable networks cover events, so I wanted them to analyze for themseves how each network reports on the same event.

I was thinking about having students look at the reporting of this as well. Did you see that Tucker Carlson is getting a ton of flack because he made a claim about affirmative action and the police force? I'm not sure of the ages of your students, but this whole case is sad and polarizing. It definitely might cause charged situations and I am curious about the part in having students discuss and reflect on the civility.
