In my classroom, I spend a lot of time focusing on social-emotional learning.  I open each day with a mindfulness quote and then inspirational quotes about life.  Several years ago I started showing an inspirational short video on Fridays.  I call it short video Friday and I use a variety of platforms to find the videos.  The students look forward to Friday and the video, I debrief the video after we watch it.
